FUNDAÇÃO ORSA, non profit organization, created in 1994 by Grupo Orsa, is ruled by its by-laws in line with the current legislation in the country.
Annually, its financial reports are submitted to the evaluation and approval of "PricewaterhouseCoopers", an independent auditing company.
Moreover, the corporation uses the guidelines for the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) model to elaborate its Annual Sustainability Report.
The reports, audited, are published in major newspapers, aiming to account to the local, state and federal public authorities, and private interested, nationwide, including abroad.
In line with Grupo Orsa's philosophy, the institution primes, above all, by ethics, transparency, quality, effectiveness, as pillars of corporate governance, besides investing in the improvement of the quality of people's life, for them to have a key role in a sustainable structure in the society.
